We'll bill your credit on file every month on the date you sign up. Your credit card information is kept off line for security purposees.

Support Hours

Our hours are from 8am to 5pm Mon - Fri EST.

Supported Devices

Our plan only covers the device in which our agent is installed. If you have more than one computer you would need to purchase another agent.

Cancellation

Although you can cancel at any time, we will make a final charge:

of $68 if cancelled in month 1
of $49 if cancelled in month 2
of $30 if cancelled in month 3
of $11 if cancelled in month 4

due to upfront costs.
